How is the delivery going?

We offer free express shipping on all orders. Packages will arrive at your home via DHL, UPS or Colissimo. For delivery in France, you will have the option of being delivered to a relay point near you.

 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay any additional fees beyond the price of the product.

 

When will my purchase be shipped?

We want you to have your new By Ninette bag or product as quickly as possible. In-stock items typically ship 1-2 business days after ordering (or if it's a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

 

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery takes between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your country. Please see the country list below for more information.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that the first scan takes up to 48 hours. So don't worry if your package isn't immediately "in transit."

 

What is your return policy ?

We hope you like your order, but if it does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it to us.
